KD Mitchell, JD, handles probate and estate planning matters.

Kreig works closely with every client to reach lasting solutions in the areas of probate, estate planning, and guardianship.

He began his legal career in 2003.  Since that time, Kreig has handled hundreds of estate, probate, and related matters.  This includes working as an estate and gift tax attorney for the IRS, which included auditing numerous large and complex estates.

Kreig’s focus is on helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and inheritors of significant wealth grow, manage, and transfer their estates.

Kreig has a JD and an LLM (and advanced tax law degree) and a Masters in Personal Financial Planning.
